Bodywork during pregnancy

Babies grow so fast that sometimes, it can seem like you go to bed in one body and wake up in an entirely new one. Bodywork during pregnancy is a wonderful way to care for your changing body as you navigate an intense experience.

Craniosacral therapy can alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, and is a gentle and non-invasive technique that uses very little pressure. Massage can also be delightful for dealing with stubborn knots and tight muscles; proper pillow support can make side-lying a comfortable position to rest in even as bellies get too big for traditional massage positioning.
