I conduct pregnancy massage and craniosacral therapy visits on an outcall basis (meaning I come to you). For both my pregnant clients and when I am working with new babies, I find that it is most effective to work in someone’s own home–so that everyone can be fully present and relaxed, and no one has to bundle their baby up to make it to an appointment in those tender early post-partum days when everything is extra challenging . . . or drive back home after a relaxing massage, maybe undoing some of the lovely relaxation that had been created during the session.
I typically charge $150 for a CST session, which can last anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the client’s needs (sometimes babies need to take a break to eat, have a diaper changed, check in with a parent, etc.). While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I can provide an invoice to submit for out-of-pocket reimbursement, and I do offer a sliding scale for families that might be otherwise unable to afford my services.
For pregnancy massage or pre-natal CST I charge $150 for an hour, and am happy to apply a discount for multiple sessions purchased at a time. I have my own massage table and bolster pillows which I bring to your home. A combination massage and CST package can also be created as needed.
